SULTANS OF SHENANIGANS!
On behalf of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos, His Highness Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmood al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers, received in his office yesterday, Iyad Amin Madani, Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
