For according to a report released on Monday by the UK’s Centre for Policy Studies, Israel is the second-best place in the world to “raise super-entrepreneurs." Only Hong Kong's in front.The report states, 'Israel has the right conditions in a society that encourages enterprise, innovation, education and leaves entrepreneurs alone to come up with the innovations in advanced industries that in turn create wealth.'  
*Israel has two billionaires per million of the population. The USA is one behind Israel, at number three in the world.
