WHY ARE ISRAELIS SO DAM HAPPY?

War has quite a bit to do with it. The fact is that Israel has been in a perpetual state of war—or under the threat of war—since David Ben-Gurion declared independence in May 1948, the only Western country in the world in which this is the case. Being raised in Israel lends to a unique mental capacity for overcoming hardship, living life to the full, to a degree that is unlike any other Western country in the world. A study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association finds that Israelis recover from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) far quicker than people of other Western nations. Other studies have consistently shown that the level of clinical anxiety remains very low, even during periods of immense violence. So even though Israelis are painfully aware of the never-ending threats, they're also braver because of them.

A German Government Ministry and an Evangelical Church academy has shown their need of a lobotomy by inviting Iranian ambassador Attar – allegedly involved in the massacre of Kurds – to speak at a conference this week in Lower Saxony. Asked about Attar’s purported role in massacring Kurds, would be Fuhrer Schaper - who smells of dog piss but thinks it's lavender water - said he was “not rejecting these reports.” It's not the first time the German Evangelical Church has worked with Islamists who seek the destruction of Israel.

During World War II, some 15,000 Jewish children passed through the gates of Terezin concentration camp in Czechoslovakia; of those, about 100 survived to the end of the war. One of them was Helga Weiss, from Prague. When she was deported to Auschwitz in 1944, she entrusted the diary to her uncle, an office worker in Terezin, who managed to hide it with other documents behind a brick wall. Florida and Oklahoma has just passed legislation restricting the use of foreign law in state courtrooms, and many other states are considering similar laws. These laws are designed to halt the use of Islamic law, Sharia, by American judges. But the dumbos of main street media regard this as “Islamophobia” and bigotry. Go check out the Sharia promoting mission statements from the likes of Saudi Arabia, Iran, and other areas of the Islamic world today. If you've got 6 brain cells you'll soon conclude that Sharia Law has never resembled liberal democracy by any stretch of the imagination. Sharia polities throughout history and today have denied freedom of speech, freedom of conscience and mandated discrimination against women and non-Muslims.
