Having failed to properly vet a recipient of an award from the State Department when the Egyptian female nominee turned out to be an rabid anti-Semite and a cheer leader for Al Qaida's work on the Twin Towers, guess who Clown Kerry would like to promote to under Secretary of State? Yep...none other than Anne Patterson, aka Ms Incompetent. If Patterson gets the post she can use her new position to bring that special quality of hers to the broader Middle East.
