Kerry shuttled to Syria to “engage” Assad. Hillary Clinton called him a “reformer”. Obama gave Assad the gift of diplomatic ties while he was stockpiling chemical weapons. The continuing saga of Obama & Co's middle east policy - better known as a bag of premium manure.
